Terms of Service

• 1. No Refund Policy
• Once the payment is made, there will be no refunds for any reason.

• 2. Access to Data
• 2.1 Data Access
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to access 1 year of data that will be generated starting from the day after you made the payment. If historical data is available for the specified domain, you will also get access to it.
• 2.2 Data Duration
• Your payment is for 365 days of data to be generated from the day after your payment.

• 3. Data Generation Commitment
• We commit to generating and providing the data as described in Section 2.1 and Section 2.2.

• 4. Download All Data
• If you choose to "Download All Data," a link to an archived file will be provided to you for easier access to the collected data.

• 5. User Interface
• As of now, there is no user interface available. Instead, we will send you an email that will provide you access to a directory where we will be placing the daily collected robots.txt data.

• 6. Subscription Cancellation
• You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please inform us through the contact information provided below.

• 7. Technical Issues
• If a technical problem arises (for instance, if we're unable to furnish you with data for a specific day), you will be eligible for a refund equivalent to 1/365 of your total payment for each day of missing data, provided you make a refund request. This option is exclusively applicable to the "Starter" and "Standard Business" subscription plans.
